Estimated Dates: All production and shipping dates are estimates. We use third-party couriers and are not liable for transit delays. Delays do not entitle customers to cancel orders.
Shipping Damages: www.eliteboxusa.com is not financially liable for products damaged during transit. Damages are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier to seek compensation.
Fees & Customs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Failure to provide customs info may result in storage fees. Extra charges apply if you do not have a shipping dock/forklift for heavy freight.

By uploading graphics or text, you guarantee you own the copyrights to that content. You grant www.eliteboxusa.com a royalty-free license to use your designs to fulfill your order and display them on our website for marketing purposes. To opt-out of marketing displays, please email [email protected].

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, we reserve the right to ship 8% over or under the ordered quantity. Please adjust your order volume accordingly if you need a strict minimum count.

Our site and services are provided “as-is.” www.eliteboxusa.com disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order or $250 (whichever is greater).

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Before initiating any formal legal claim, both parties agree to undergo a 30-day good-faith negotiation period to resolve disputes amicably.
