If you receive damaged, defective, or incomplete products, you must notify Elite Box USA within 2 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
To qualify for a replacement, you must return at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the original delivery date—at your own expense. Returns will not be accepted without written authorization from Elite Box USA.
Please note that rush printing or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable—regardless of the reason for return. No exceptions.
