Copyrights & Trademarks

You are fully responsible for any content you use in your orders. You must have permission to use any third-party images, designs, trademarks, or text. By placing an order, you confirm that your content does not break any copyright, privacy, or trademark laws. You also give Elite Box USA the right to produce your order using your content.

Customer Artwork

All artwork must be in CMYK format with at least 300 DPI resolution. We are not responsible for changes in color when converting from RGB to CMYK or for blurry or pixelated prints due to low-quality artwork provided by you.

Proofing & Matching

We send proofs and a job sheet after an order is placed. It’s your responsibility to review everything—including artwork, delivery time, and print specs—before approval. Once approved, the design goes to production and cannot be changed.

We do not guarantee exact color matching unless you order a physical color proof. Colors may look different on screens and printed materials.

Materials

Our packaging materials are not food-grade by default. If you need food-safe packaging, please inform us in writing before placing your order.

Proof and Layout Approval

You are responsible for reviewing and approving your design and layout before printing. We are not responsible for any of the following errors:

  • Design placement or incorrect fonts

  • Spelling or grammar mistakes

  • Wrong cuts or missing folds

  • Incorrect final size

  • Order Cancellation

    You can cancel your order if it hasn’t entered the final stages of production or shipping. However, cancellation fees will apply based on the order stage:

    1. Stage 1 (Just placed): $15 + 5% of total

    2. Stage 2 (In design): At least 20% of the total

    3. Stage 3 (In printing): At least 50% of the total

    4. Stage 4 (Shipped): Cannot be cancelled
